Seriously, what is it with Central Illinois and abuse/murder?! Here's yet another one of our childhood church-going friends in jail for abusing a child. He reportedly kicked his girlfriend's three year old son in the junk and slapped him so hard across the face that he left a clear handprint. GEESH.
