This monument is NOT dedicated to the victims of September 11th. It's just where people met to recognize the victims. (Flowers were laid for a soldier, who was recently killed in Iraq. His widow is one of Dan & Jess's neighbors. He was on his way to the "safe zone," one month away from returning home.)
