Teething!

For real. It took many attempts to catch it. But if you look really really really closely. You can see her tooth coming through. It looks like the one beside it's not far behind either. Uh oh!

Gorgeous day today!

We went to the dog park. We went to the playground. Then we ran down the ice cream truck (in flip flops, mind you). And now we're heading inside to take a bath. After the girls are in bed, I'll be hosing all the sticky leftovers off of the BOB. This almost feels like family photos comedy relief when you can't get a single good portrait of everyone together.

Papa John

Cora Lise loves sitting with Papa John and can have whatever she wants. Like celery. (At least it's not a chicken bone.)

EV: Ants bite?
Me: Yep. When you step on the hill, they come put and bite you. Don't step on the ant hills.
EV: Big bite?
Me: Kind of. It'll be a lot of little bites. Maybe a big bite. And they'll hurt a lot.
EV: THAT big? (spreading her legs way out)
Me: Uhhhh... uh huh. That big. Don't step on the ants.

She cracks me up.

Per Doctor's Order

Elayna is living it up naked on the floor watching sesame street with a nice warm towel on her butt. After a few weeks of ouches and owies we decided to take her in. Not too sure what's going on, possibly a strep infection. Hopefully the hooha culture and blood work will reveal something. Until then, we have to pamper this precious little bottom.
