Tiny Terror

Let the games begin:
Boo has figured out how to evade Lucy.

Ryan & Reece helping prepare Thanksgiving dinner.

Granny sifting flour for her DELICIOUS red velvet cake... YUM! She made the entire Thanksgiving Dinner, kudos. We'll be eating leftovers for the next month!

Reece, Ryan, and Granny at the first Starbucks in Seattle. We toured Pike Place Market, where Granny was able to get a few Christmas presents for various people.

Dax being Dax, licking windows. He's so weird.

Dax, Libby, and Lucy at the dog park.

Lucy went everywhere the huskies did... er at least she tried. She kept up pretty well, even chased a few strange, big dogs. When it was their turn to chase her, she would run towards us as fast as her little legs would go. The expression on her face was sheer fear, "PICK ME UP! PICK ME UP!!!"

Brilliant Plan

When Renee and I were driving out to Washington we got lost in Utah trying to find a friend's house. Being the awesomely smart ladies that we are, we stopped by the first Pizza Hut we saw and ordered a pizza for delivery to the address that we couldn't find. But our plan was thwarted when all of their delivery men were out. Here's the commercial that prompted my reminiscence.

Park & PetsMart

I took this picture awhile ago but wasn't able to post because our computer is still acting stupid. It's one of the HUGE anthills that bewildered Ryan when he spent a month in WA for ROTC.
Ryan & I took the dogs to a park yesterday. This was our view as soon as they were allowed off their leads... typical, huh? We're positive they were wondering why we weren't calling after them.

Then they realized the whole park was fenced. Libby is teaching Dax how to find escape holes.

If you know these dogs well, you can tell which one was running away from the hole and which one plunged right in.

After a few laps, Ryan & I managed to get them to sit for a picture.

Then there was Pets Mart. They had so much fun investigating and trying on clothes. This canine wishes to remain anonymous.

This is what Libby wants for Christmas.

And this is what Dax wants for Christmas. We didn't have the heart to tell him carriers aren't made in his size.
